The Fireplace Restaurant Oropa Sanctuary
In two years, the new owner has managed to consolidate its presence in the catering of the Oropa Sanctuary. In a serene and comfortable environment, and strictly local, they are prepared with care by the brigade of the restaurant and served with courtesy by a staff of young waiters prepared room. Our menu offers various types of tastes and recipes drawn from the traditional cuisine, mostly local and Piedmont, but also national revisited in modern form by the chefs. You can taste: wild game, mushrooms, polenta Oropa (cooked with ground cornmeal still at the stone mill and cheeses and butter of our pastures), fish, local meats and various cheeses of our valleys. Guests of the restaurant also has a wide selection on the wine list, Italian and abroad with more than 160 labels.
